
Makiz Hair is a premium haircare and beauty brand focused on delivering high-quality hair solutions that enhance confidence and personal style. The project aimed to establish a strong sense of elegance and credibility through a refined, modern brand identity while improving the overall shopping and booking experience. The design approach prioritized clarity, visual appeal, and simplicity to ensure that product discovery, service selection, and customer interactions felt seamless and intuitive.
The main challenge was addressing low engagement and drop-off during product browsing and checkout, largely caused by an inconsistent visual experience and unclear user flow. By redesigning the interface and introducing a cohesive, conversion-focused UI system, the platform became more intuitive and visually compelling. The improvements led to smoother navigation, reduced friction across key touchpoints, and a noticeable increase in user engagement, completed purchases, and client bookings.
